What we save
When you join the waitlist, we save your email, optional first name, signup date, consent wording and version, consent time, subscription status and a broad traffic-source category. These details are used for opening updates and appointment availability, not to book or guarantee an appointment. Please do not submit health information.
Access and removal
Waitlist details are stored in Lovable Cloud and restricted to authorized practice administrators. To withdraw consent or ask for your entry to be removed, email info@wholetooth.com. Entries remain until removed by the practice or on request; no automatic retention period is currently configured.
Questions for the practice
The Ask us Anything form saves your email, optional phone, message, date and broad traffic source for practice administrators to review and respond. Do not include sensitive health details. Request deletion at info@wholetooth.com. One weekly owner email to info@wholetooth.com combines new contact-question and waitlist counts with anonymous activity totals and private review links. Contact details, messages and Mini transcripts are not included in that email. The combined email has been tested; automatic weekly sending awaits website publication. This does not send a confirmation email to you or enroll you in a campaign.
Website statistics
We count page views, waitlist link clicks, successful new signups and email-link clicks, grouped by broad traffic source. Learning Center events also include an article number, category and approved source label. A signup is not a booking. Email addresses, names, search queries, form contents, full referral URLs and chat messages are not included in these statistics. We do not store analytics identifiers in your browser.
Mini
Mini uses website information to answer general questions. Its conversation stays in the current tab and is not saved as a transcript. Please do not share personal or medical information. The welcome reminder may be saved in your browser; it contains no conversation.
Outside links
Maps and social links are provided by outside services with their own privacy policies. Opening updates will only be sent once the practice’s email service is configured.
